Chaos Emperor Dragon- Envoy of the End: Reviews and where to look

02.10.12 Card Review: Please do the contests and read the end of day announcements before going anywhere else, because they are fresh and new.

Chaos Emperor Dragon is the alternative of Black Luster Soldier, and has even more strength, even though it’s much less known. But it’s really strong, so lets look at Chaos Emperor Dragon.

This card can be priced around the pricing of Black Luster Soldier, so probably $4 or greater.

If you need an amazing, easy to summon card, take Chaos Emperor Dragon, which also sets you up for Black Luster Soldier. With 3000 attack and 2500 defense, it makes for a card that can match Black Luster Soldier, and even be better sometimes! To summon, it’s just as hard as black luster, because you have to remove from play 1 light and 1 dark monster in your grave. But then there’s it’s epic ability. If you pay 1000 life points, than you can send all cards in both players hands to the grave, and then you inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card sent to the graveyard by that effect! That means with two 6 card hands, your opponent takes 3600 damage! That can really kill. Play this card in a non swarming deck, because it’s killer ability would ruin it most likely. Also, since it costs 1000 life points, only use it when needed. I still think Black Luster is a bit better, though.

Where to look:

One word: eBay.

My Rating (out of 5*’s)

Because it’s tough to summon, and it’s ability is a steep life point price, it lost a star and a half. But otherwise, it’s a great card.

You actually left out that it sends cards from both player’s hands AND the field. Just thought I’d let you know.
